Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and perishable goods.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at business@primestarbags.com or (530) 882-2630. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at business@primestarbags.com.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by the customer service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
